We engage teachers and leaders in professional learning specific to the needs of diverse learners.
We believe that it is the collective responsibility of the whole school team, not just special or EL educators, to serve diverse learners well. All team members need opportunities to build efficacy in improving practices for all of their students.
That's why we offer a variety of learning opportunities. From in-person workshops to virtual modules, we aim to build capacity in teachers and leaders to improve support for diverse learners.

Special education and English learner teachers and leaders are some of the most under-coached school team members. Drawing on deep expertise with diverse learners in and across classrooms, DLC Coaches partner with teachers, leaders, and teams to provide targeted feedback and develop context-based solutions to current challenges.
