Leader Development
We believe collaboration makes us all better. Learning together affords us opportunities to develop new and better solutions to the challenges we face. We also believe that every educator deserves the opportunity to develop as the leader. That’s why we find unique ways to bring educators together, equipping them with the resources and practice needed to inspire the change our students are counting on.
We currently offer two leadership development opportunities:
The Teacher Leader Fellowship aims to increase the success of diverse learners by empowering and equipping teacher leaders to lead change within their classrooms and schools. Engaging in a year-long program, Teacher Leaders develop both technical and leadership skills to enact change for the diverse learners they serve.

Coaches need coaching and community too! This is especially true for coaches who lead school efforts to ensure accessibility and growth for diverse learners. The Coaching Collaborative launches during the summer with an in-person workshop and meets throughout the year to develop the core competencies and creative solutions required of a special populations coach or coordinator.
