Reinforcing appropriate behavior is a central component of behavior plans. But, sometimes the reinforcement we are using isn't strong enough for our students! We have to know how to manipulate reinforcement to make it more effective. In this session, we will discuss three parameters of reinforcement (quantity, quality, and immediacy) in order to thoughtfully amplify reinforcement. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how to make adjustments to reinforcement to make them bigger, better, and quicker.
